Everything is dependent on beliefs. Whatever statement you make, which is a vocalized belief, will cause a shift in your environment. The most important aspect after creating shifts is to become aware of them.
You may ask for something only to discover that it becomes harder to get it. However, it’s not harder -- the obstacles that were already in place are just clearer.
Everything that you want from life is completely attainable. The question is, are you willing to work for it? Are you willing to look within and do what needs to be done?
We are responsible for our successes, failures, happiness, and misery. We are carrying around the beliefs, intentions, thoughts, and feelings that affect our actions, behaviors, and results. We create everything we receive.
We are far more powerful than we realize. Most of the time, we’re too busy trying to get power the wrong ways to realize how powerful we truly are.
When I think about that which feels good, that which brings me joy and satisfaction, I am sending forth into the heavens a request for more of the same. For in a Universe orchestrated by the Law of Attraction, my thoughts bring to me the circumstances of my life. This is the underlying cause of why things occur as they do, and there is no circumventing it.
It is simply not worth it for me to dwell on anyone's foibles, any sort of lack I perceive in my life, or any bad memories. If I catch myself focusing on that which makes me feel unhappy, I let it go and turn my attention to that which feels good. When my thoughts feel good, I attract more good in a powerful way.
In the Blessed Stillness I relax now in the stillness, in the silence, and focus within myself. Without strain, I hold my attention here as long as I can. When I notice my mind wandering to the events of the day or to my to-do list, I gently return to my inner focus. I learn to remain in a state of restful but alert blankness for increasing periods of time, and I pause to "go there" if I feel stressed, befuddled, or clueless.
When I cease mental chatter and reacting to life, when I enter a state of calm receptivity, I usher into my being a powerful dose of the very energy that creates worlds. This energy "reads" my deepest desires and sets in motion the events and circumstances through which I will receive them. This energy also brings mental and physical healing and balance, as well as clarity, wisdom, and guidance.
All I need do is sit still and let it in - this energy that creates worlds. The energy of transcendent love. It is here for me now, and I receive.
I release grievances, resentment , irritation, hurry, worry, frustration, criticism, and complaints. I fill that void with acceptance , appreciation, forgiveness, optimism, and laughter. When I am satisfied and serene, the doors and windows to abundance and miracles fling open. Wonders await me now.
Any sort of regular bad feeling towards anyone or anything affects my signal and hinders me from receiving the happy experiences I desire. Further, my intense focus on an unpleasant circumstance or person keeps that, or something similar, locked into my experience. That which I focus on always expands.
It is important that I come to terms with whatever bothers me. Even when it seems impossible, I reach for a neutral attitude and then, in time, acceptance, understanding, and (who knows?) even gratitude.
It is impossible to separate one physical event from the probable events, for these are all dimensions of one action. It is basically impossible to separate the "you" that you know from the probable you's of which you are unaware, for the same reasons. There are always inner pathways, however, leading between probable events; since all of them are manifestations of an act in its becoming, then the dimensions between these are illusions.
The physical brain alone cannot pick up these connections with any great success. The mind, which is the inner counterpart of the brain, can at times perceive the far greater dimensions of any given event through a burst of sudden intuition or comprehension that cannot be adequately described on a verbal level.
The "truth" must be sifted through your own conceptual patterns in order for you to comprehend it at all. Suffice it to say, you are surrounded by other influences and events. Certain of these you perceive in your three-dimensional reality. You accept them as real without realizing that they are only portions of other events.
Where your vision fails, you think reality ceases, so again you must train yourselves to look between events, between objects, within yourself when you do not seem to be doing anything. Watch out for events that appear to make no sense, for they are often clues to larger invisible events.
It seems to you that reality is composed of those actions that you choose to take. Those that you choose to deny are ignored. The road not taken then seems to be a non-act, yet every thought is actualized and every possibility explored. Physical reality is constructed from what seems to be a series of physical acts. Since this is the usual criterion of reality for you, then nonphysical acts usually escape your notice, discretion, and judgment.
All actions are initially mental acts. This is the nature of reality. That sentence cannot be emphasized too thoroughly. All mental acts therefore are valid. They exist and cannot be negated. Because you do not accept them all as physical events, you do not perceive their strength or durability. Your lack of perception cannot destroy their validity, however.
When you are in the awareness of Oneness, there is nothing--and everything--all at the same time. The closest I can come to explaining in retrospect what it was like is to compare it to the sensation I have known when newly in love--romantic love--minus any fears or doubts or human factors involved. Just the blissful, openhearted, spine-tingling, thrilling aspect of it.
“Today is going to be a great day. I am going to make it so. Today I will look for positive aspects in everything I see. Today I will be the best version of myself I can be. Today I will inspire others to do the same. Today I will not let negativity ruin anything. Today is about my HAPPINESS and I am going to pursue my HAPPINESS no matter what. Nothing will stop me. Me and my HAPPINESS are one, and today I will show that to all whose path I cross. Today is a good day.”
Remember, that the only way to attract these desires into your reality and into your experience is to focus your thoughts on them. But focusing your thoughts is about half the battle. The other half is determining how you feel about these desires. You see, your emotions are your guidance in all of this. Didn't think you could control your emotions, did you? In a sense that is true. Emotions are what they are. Sadness is sadness, anger is anger, resentment is resentment. What you can control is not their existence, but their occurrence in your experiences. If something happens which is not to your liking, many of you react with anger, resentment, frustration and many other negative emotions. That is reaction without thought. That is reaction without deliberate control over your emotions.
Decide that HAPPINESS is yours. Decide that it is that which you desire most. For if that is your chief desire, than all other desires such as wealth, health and good fortune will naturally follow. They must, for don't you have these desires so that they will bring you HAPPINESS? Can you see how you are going about this backwards? Why wish for something that will bring you HAPPINESS, when you can wish for HAPPINESS itself? You see? It's not that complicated, but you make it so by hiding HAPPINESS in the guise of more money, more friends, more fun, more adventure.
