Allowing yourself to become what life has caused you to desire is not about action. It is about the aligning of thought Energies. It is about focusing your attention in the direction of your desire rather than looking back at the current conditions that have given birth to your desire. And while you may very well eventually become inspired to some action, it is the alignment of thought Energy (a vibrational alignment) that you are seeking.
When you achieve vibrational alignment, any inspired action will feel wonderful.
Without the vibrational alignment, any action taken will feel difficult.
With the vibrational alignment, your every effort will yield wonderful results or return on your time.
Without the vibrational alignment, the outcome of your effort will be disappointing, resulting in discouragement as you conclude, "This just doesn’t work for me."
Are you letting you join the newly created, newly expanded version of You? And the answer to that all-important question lies in the way that you feel. The better you feel, the more you are allowing that Connection; and the worse you feel, the more you are disallowing, or resisting, that Connection.
When you feel love or joy - or any positive emotion - you are literally being the expanded version that life has caused you to become. When you feel fear, anger, or despair - or any negative emotion - you are not, in this moment, by virtue of whatever it is that you are giving your attention to, allowing yourself to be that new expanded version ... you are not letting yourself keep up with who you have become.
Letting go is about dropping your emotional and mental attachments to your intention. You have to let go by remaining emotionally detached from the outcome of your attraction process. If you are worried, anxious, scared, or any other negative emotion this will impede your receiving. If you feel that you MUST have your desire, you will also impede your desire. This is because you will be focused on the LACK- the absence of what you desire-and not the desired object itself. When we get focused on lack, we attract more lack. When you have to have something, you are emotionally tied up with the attainment of the desire. This is a barrier to attraction. What I am advocating is a mental state where you are okay with where you are (meaning not fretting about it, being anxious, depressed, etc.), but at the same time desiring more.
When deciding on what to intend it is important to focus on what you WANT, not on what you DON'T WANT. This is a common mistake that people make. Whatever we give our attention to, we are attracting. If we are focused on NOT being broke, we are giving our attention to the state which we don't want - being broke. If we are focused on NOT wanting to be fat anymore, we are giving our intention to the experience we don't want - being overweight. When we do this, we are attracting more of what we don't want in our lives. This is because we attract more of what we give our attention to. We should instead be focusing on what we DO want and attracting from this positive, proactive standpoint.
The more thankful you are about receiving what you want, the faster it will come. And so will the rest of your subconscious wish list.
Thank the Universe as much as you can -- morning, noon, and night, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don't stop thinking and thanking. Be thankful to everybody you know. Be gracious for living that day. Be thankful for the Universe listening to your requests. Let gratitude seep from every pore of your body. The Universe likes this and will continue to give you more. If you don’t have gratitude, your subconscious wish list will be in vain.
You must maintain, through thick and thin, the right attitude of gratitude, even if you do not get what you want. You cannot feel the Universe cheated you or screwed you over if you do not get what you want at the exact time you want it. Be grateful for everything -- from the steps you take in the morning to your "I Want" list at night.
Your lists are living, breathing gardens with seeds growing in them. The Universe's storehouse never closes. You have to keep growing and adding more to your list as you acquire the things you want. You have to think and be magnetic.
Keep talking to your subconscious mind every night. Continue to hand off commands to it. Be thankful for everything. You will only stand to gain from your attitude of gratitude.
As your beliefs become more closely aligned with your desires, you will feel optimism, find gratitude, and will see the gifts in almost all your life's circumstances. And you will experience much more of what you want from life. That is because, as your beliefs change, the universe will change with them. As you feel better about yourself, you will manifest things more and more closely aligned with your desires.
Of all the feelings in the world, there may be nothing more powerful than gratitude. If it were possible to feel gratitude at all times, I have no doubt that you would be a superhuman who made your desires manifest almost instantly. If you have any doubts about this, practice feeling gratitude as often as possible for a while and you'll soon see for yourself.
Remember the old saying "I'll believe it when I see it?" You're going to find out that the correct way to state it is "I'll see it when I believe it." Because, by feeling the feelings of your success before the success is in your material reality, the universe will automatically begin bringing to you those people, places, things, and experiences that will make that success manifest in your material reality. It will feel like magic if you really make an effort to feel those feelings you listed as often as possible each day.
By looking for ways to feel as good as possible about people, places, things, and circumstances in your life, you are creating even more good in your life by telling yourself the best story possible. As you practice telling the best story you can, you will not only continue building new beliefs, but you will also begin to see more good in everything you do. This is how the universe operates: It delivers what you expect to see rather than what you hope to see.
A soul is not something that you have. It is what you are. I usually use the term "entity" in preference to the term "soul" simply because those particular misconceptions are not so connected with the word "entity" and its connotations are less religious in an organizational sense.
The trouble is that you frequently consider the soul or entity as a finished, static "thing" that belongs to you but is not you. The soul or entity - in other words, your most intimate powerful inner identity is and must be forever changing. It is not, therefore, something like a cherished heirloom. It is alive, responsive, curious. It forms the flesh and the world that you know, and it is in the state of becoming.
You no longer have to paint the universe into a corner by demanding, through your specific and limited perspective of what constitutes a successful outcome, that your results must conform to a certain format for you to be happy. You can learn to be more readily open to the unexpected, which is a great tool considering you are certain to find plenty of that in your life.
When you change your beliefs by telling different stories, some things you see and experience will appear to be physically the same to you, but they will all hold new meaning for you. And, believe me, this will now provide you with just as much of the experience of seeing a new universe as will experiencing your fit body or fat bank account.
You are the creator of your material reality, as the quantum field responds perfectly to your beliefs and expectations when creating your material reality, so it is a certainty that your material experiences are a perfect match with your true beliefs. In other words, it is impossible to experience the absence of something desired if your beliefs about that desired thing are truly positive. So, if you are experiencing an absence of a desired outcome, your true, underlying beliefs about that thing must be negative. If they were truly positive, you would already be experiencing that desired outcome right now. This is exactly why it is so important to inventory your true beliefs about your absent desires in order to change them.
if you have an unrealized desire, dream, or goal, your true beliefs about that material object or experience are negative and not aligned with that desire.
You are the creator of your material reality, as the quantum field responds perfectly to your beliefs and expectations when creating your material reality, so it is a certainty that your material experiences are a perfect match with your true beliefs. In other words, it is impossible to experience the absence of something desired if your beliefs about that desired thing are truly positive. So, if you are experiencing an absence of a desired outcome, your true, underlying beliefs about that thing must be negative. If they were truly positive, you would already be experiencing that desired outcome right now.
