You (and how you feel) is all that is responsible for whether you let in your inheritance of Well-Being or not. And while those around you may influence you, more or less, to allow or not allow that Stream, it is ultimately all up to you. You can open the flood-gates and let in your Well-Being, or your can choose thoughts that keep you pinched off from what is yours - but whether you allow it or resist it, the stream is constantly flowing to you, never ending, never tiring, always there for your reconsideration.

There is an unlimited Stream of Well-Being and an abundance of all manner of things available to you at all times - but you must be in alignment with the receiving of those things. You cannot stand in resistance of them and receive them at the same time.

The Stream of Well-Being flows even if you do not understand that it does, but when you consciously become aligned with it, your creative endeavors become so much more satisfying, for then you discover that there is absolutely nothing that you desire that you cannot achieve.

When you understand the Law of Attraction, you are never surprised by what occurs in your experience, for you understand that you have invited every bit of it in - through your own thought process. Nothing can occur in your life experience without your invitation of it through your thought.

Because there are no exceptions to the powerful Law of Attraction, a thorough understanding of it is easy to achieve. And once you understand that you get what you think about, and, equally important, when you are aware of what you are thinking, then you are in the position to exercise absolute control of your own experience.

The key to bringing something into your experience that you desire is to achieve vibrational harmony with what you desire. And the easiest way for you to achieve vibrational harmony with it is to imagine having it, pretend that it is already in your experience, flow your thoughts toward the enjoyment of the experience, and as you practice those thoughts and begin to consistently offer that vibration, you will then be in the place of allowing that into your experience.

Now, by paying attention to the way you feel, you can easily know if you are giving your attention to your desire or if you are giving it to the absence of your desire. When your thoughts are a vibrational match to your desire, you feel good - your emotional range would be from contentment to expectation to eagerness to joy. But if you are giving your attention to the lack, or absence, of your desire - your emotions would range from feelings of pessimism to worry to discouragement to anger to insecurity to depression.

And so, as you become consciously aware of your emotions, you will always know how you are doing with the allowing part of your Creative Process, and you will never again misunderstand why things are turning out the way they are. Your emotions provide a wonderful guidance system for you, and if you will pay attention to them, you will be able to guide yourself to anything that you desire. You Get What You Think About,

It is so easy to get complacent and fall into the zone where you are accepting the status quo and allowing the Universe to manifest exactly what you have blindly accepted - status quo. Now mind you, if you are happy and life is beautiful and your status quo makes you feel joyful, energized and excited to wake up in the morning to see a new day of opportunities, then more power to you! Hallelujah!!

But most of us are in that zone where the lacks in our lives rule and take up most of our energies and whether it is outright negative thinking or simply coping with the gap between our desires and our reality, our thoughts rule and maintain the current reality and manifestations are simply status quo - no change.

We are allowed to want, to desire, to wish for more all the time! Do it! Be thankful for what you have, and ask for more - nothing wrong or 'selfish' in the negative sense at all. Remember that everything you desire is there for the asking - so ask away!

Whatever you are giving your attention to causes you to emit a vibration, and the vibrations that you offer equal your asking, which equals your point of attraction.

If there is something you desire that you currently do not have, you need only put your attention upon it, and, by the Law of Attraction, it will come to you, for as you think about this thing or experience that you desire, you offer a vibration, and then, by Law, that very thing or experience must come to you.

However, if there is something that you desire that you currently do not have, and you put your attention upon your current state of not having it, then Law of Attraction will continue to match that not having it vibration, so you will continue to not have that which you desire. It is Law.

You do create your own reality. No one else does. And, you create your own reality even if you do not understand that you do so. For that reason, you often create by default. When you are consciously aware of your own thoughts, and you are deliberately offering them, then you are the deliberate creator of your own reality. Your desires and beliefs are just thoughts: “Ask and it is given.” You ask through your attention, through your wanting, through your desire - that is the asking (whether you desire it to happen, or you desire it not to happen , you are asking...). You do not have to use your words. You just have to feel it in your being: I desire this. I adore this. I appreciate this, and so on. That desire is the beginning of all attraction.

The reason you have not already gotten what you desire is because you are holding yourself in a vibrational holding pattern that does not match the vibration of your desire. That is the only reason - ever! So now, the only thing you need to do is gently and gradually, piece by piece, release your resistant thoughts, which are the only disallowing factors involved. Your increasing relief will be the indicator that you are releasing resistance, just as your feelings of increased tension, anger, frustration, and so on, have been your indicators that you have been adding to your resistance.

We want you to know that the question that you hold has been answered - you've just got to let yourself flow toward the answer. We want you to know that the dilemma that you feel faced with has been solved - you just have to let yourself flow toward the solution. You just have to not struggle in the interim. You just have to trust that the power of the Stream and the worthiness of your Being is enough - because it is.

You are powerful creators who have come here with great reason, and you are so much more than you see here in these physical bodies. And when you allow yourself to relax a little from where you are and turn and go with the flow, you are going to discover - in your first day of making a decision about that - the power of this Stream. You’re going to discover the power of the Stream and the power of the Law of Attraction and the power of your worthiness - and the Eternal nature of your Being. Life is supposed to be good for you. It is supposed to feel good. It is supposed to feel fun. Life is supposed to feel good to you.

As you begin to go with the flow, since everything that you want is downstream, you begin to float into desired circumstances and events. All kinds of things that you’ve been waiting for - sometimes for a long time - become almost immediately apparent to you, because the only thing that was keeping you from them was that you were paddling upstream.

The Stream is so magnificent that it inevitably carries you to everything that you want - eventually. And the faster you turn willingly and go with it, the faster you receive it.

The Art of Allowing is really about paying attention to the way you feel - so that you are aware of this gap between you and You - and guiding yourself deliberately to less-resistant thoughts just by releasing the thought that is negative. You really don’t even have to get on a really strong positive rampage - just stop talking about the things that are bothering you so much.

The Law of Attraction simply and accurately reflects back to you in a myriad of ways an accurate response to your vibrational output. In short, whatever is happening to you is a perfect Vibrational Match to the current vibration of your Being - and the emotions that are present within you indicate that vibrational state of Being.

If you can grasp the concept that everything that you see around you in manifested form was thought-vibration first, and then thought-form, and finally the manifestation as you see it now, the bigger picture of creation will begin to come into view for you. And then not only will you have a clearer picture of how things that you call "real life experience" come to be, but you will also feel the Current from which all things come and upon which all things flow.

When you understand that your Inner Being, or the expanded Being that you are becoming, stands as the furthermost culmination of life and constantly calls you forward to that, then you begin to understand the feeling of passion or eagerness that is present when you are allowing your movement toward your expanded self. And you also understand the feeling of being unfulfilled or of uneasiness when you are not allowing your movement toward your expanded self. There is just no way of getting around it: You must allow yourself to be the Being that life is causing you to become if you are to feel joy. And unless you are feeling joy, you are not allowing yourself to be that which life has caused you to become.
